DRESSES BY SIZE: when you select your dress by size on the website, you will be selecting one of our standard sizes, ranging from size XS to 4XL, these models have less shipping time than custom made models, the delivery time varies from 12 to 30 working days, these orders can be made without the need to be made to your size.
CUSTOM MADE DRESSES: If you purchase your custom made dress on our website www.nayibi.mxrecibirása confirmation email and within 3 working days our team will contact you via email, and we will provide you with a detailed guide with a form so you can take your measurements. This form was designed to ensure that your measurements are taken correctly, and will be the basis for helping our team design your order.
Your custom-made order has no additional cost, but dresses with special measurements take from 2 to 6 months, so we ask you to take into account these additional times.
When our team receives your measurement form we will start the production of your garment, after receiving these measurements, we will not be able to modify any of them, please note that this is a custom made dress and it is considered final sale, we will be at your disposal if you have any questions or doubts because we will not be able to make any adjustments once your final measurements are sent to produce your dress. During the process you will be informed when your garment is ready and it will be sent via parcel, we will send you your tracking number so you can follow and track your package, please note that parcels may take more days than mentioned for delivery.
Upon receipt of your order, you will have 24 hours to thoroughly inspect your garment: zippers, trimmings and other details, as well as try on the dress. In the unlikely event that a defect is discovered during this period, rest assured that it will be repaired immediately at no additional cost. At Nayibi Mexico, each dress undergoes a thorough inspection prior to shipment to mitigate such incidents.
To comply with our policy, any defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Nuestros envíos se realizan dentro de la República Mexicana y en Estados Unidos.
